A METHOD OF TESTING FITNESS Abstract A method of testing the fitness of a person by using a multi-stage fitness test; the method includes: (a) spacing a plurality of locators apart from each other to define a plurality of test stations; (b) assigning an exercise to each said test station; (c) setting a time within which a person to be tested must perform the exercise at each respective station; (d) counting the number of repetitions of said exercise completed by the person at said station; (e) setting a time within which a person to be tested is to move to a different station; (f) repeating steps (d) and (e) until the person to be tested has been tested at each station; (g) collating the performance of the person to determine their overall fitness level. |
