The present invention relates to a sub air conditioning apparatus using underground water to use underground water maintaining a constant temperature underground as an auxiliary heat source for cooling heat in cooling by supplying the underground water to a fan coil unit arranged in the ground, and to control humidity by spraying the underground water in the air. According to the present invention, the sub air conditioning apparatus using underground water comprises: a underground water inflow pipe arranged in a underground water tube well underground, and having a flow path inside to allow underground water to flow in and to be transferred by opening one end; a water pumping part mounted on the inflow pipe to pump underground water flowed through the inflow pipe to the ground; a fan coil unit arranged inside and connected to the other end of the underground water inflow pipe to receive the pumped underground water, and to discharge cooled indoor air after cooling indoor air by heat exchanging indoor air by using the supplied underground water; and a underground water discharging pipe whose one end is connected to the fan coil unit, and the other end is arranged in a underground water tube well underground, and having a flow path inside to discharge underground water heat exchanged through the fan coil unit to underground. |
