PURPOSE: A fermented cosmetic product containing a fermented extract of grains and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to obtain a cosmetic product with improved skin elasticity and anti-wrinkling effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a fermented cosmetic product containing a fermented extract of germinated grains comprises the steps of: germinating grains (S100); washing and drying the germinated grains (S200); pulverizing the dried germinated grains in a size of 1-3 mm; mixing the pulverized germinated grains and cellulase and fermenting the mixture (S300); adding lactic acid bacteria to the enzyme extract of the germinated grains and fermenting at room temperature for 48-72 hours (S400); filtering the fermented product using a mesh filter to remove large particles; filtering again with a mesh filter to remove small particles (S500); and autoclaving the fermented extract at 110-130°C for 15-30 minutes (S600).
