<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fracture scraps of brittle material substrates, such as glass substrates, into almost the same shape in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of rotation shafts 34 and 35 and a pair of rotation shafts 41 and 42 are arranged in parallel at a fixed interval in between. The rotation shafts 34, 35, 41 and 42 form a plurality of fracturing members 36, 37, 43 and 45 at the outer circumference of their axes and the fracturing members 36, 37, 43 and 45 are arranged in parallel at a fixed interval in between so that the loci of tip ends thereof overlap one another. By driving these rotation shafts in reverse directions with different rotation phases, it is possible to fracture the scraps of the brittle material substrates, such as glass substrates, inserted therebetween to fractured chips in almost the same size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
