The present invention relates to a garment having an eccentric hole formed on a fabric to expose a back of a wearer to allow the wearer to wear the garment by placing the garment around the neck in the way similar to a way of wearing a scarf, then wrapping the waist and hip of the wearer with the garment in the shape of a skirt. The garment is manufactured by punching the eccentric hole (22) on the fabric (20) to form a narrow width portion (W1) on an upper part of the eccentric hole (22) and to form a wide width portion (W2) on a lower part of the eccentric hole (22). |
