The present invention relates to a nutrition solution recirculating type artificial cultivation apparatus capable of adjusting the lighting position, which artificially composes an optimal natural environment for the plant growth in the specified area, so that the environment for the plant growth is composed, enables an economical and effective environmental composition, and comprises a shelf, an elevator, a light, a planting bed, and a nutrition solution tank. The present invention has an effect of composing an optimal environment suitable for growing a plant which is the artificial cultivation object with the minimum operate costs and power consumption.
