Whole ginsengs, such as red ginseng, black ginseng, and various ginsengs, which are obtained by processing ginseng, which is a Korean traditional health food, through steaming, various fermenting methods, and other methods, are coated with chocolate, of which the cocoa content is differentiated according to the consumer tastes, through spraying to a thickness of 1-2 mm, dipping, or the like, or are crushed or finely pulverized and then directly mixed with chocolate, followed by selection appropriate ginseng-like shapes. Then, these are packaged by various selected packaging methods and thus commercialized. Alternatively, red ginseng and black ginseng obtained by processing ginseng through steaming, fermenting, or other methods are sugared in honey, various oligosaccharides, sugar, and the like. Then, the sugared ginsengs are coated with chocolate, of which the cocoa content is differentiated according to the consumer tastes, through spraying to a thickness of 1-2 mm, dipping, or the like, or are crushed or finely pulverized and then directly mixed with chocolate, followed by selection appropriate ginseng-like shapes. Then, these are packaged by various selected packaging methods and thus commercialized. Accordingly, ginseng products about which various domestic and foreign consumers have no aversion can be supplied, and thus popularized and globalized. |
