The distributer has a spinner disk (6) driven by a drive shaft. A throw shovel (7, 8) is arranged on the spinner disk. A measuring unit is adapted for determination of radial force of the throw shovel that causes thrown off fertilizer mass flow for drive shaft. The measuring unit comprises a ring-shaped measuring element. A ring-shaped measuring element surrounds an upper bearing of the drive shaft. Recesses are provided along an outer periphery of the ring-shaped measuring element. A reservoir (2) includes a one-motor actuator adjustable metering element. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for controlling a spinner manure distributer (2) a computer program product comprising a set of instructions for controlling a spinner manure distributer.
