The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a customized dental implant crown comprising a fixture, an abutment and a crown. Provided is the method for manufacturing a customized dental implant crown, characterized in that the abutment has integrated formation of: a coupling unit inserted and coupled with the fixture; a lower abutment integrally formed in the upper side of the coupling unit and contacting gums; and an upper abutment with which the crown is coupled, and the abutment is manufactured by processing material, and that the lower abutment is determined with a shape selected among shape groups drawn from a natural tooth shape of an individual tooth, and the shape of the upper abutment is determined by setting up a margin, which is a contact line of the crown, as a chamfer peripheral line and setting up a chamfer side to have an angle in a preset range of widths and a preset range of angles from the chamfer peripheral line, and then setting up a taper in a conical projected shape from the chamfer side, and the upper abutment is manufactured through a cutting process using shape data determined. |
