PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for flow mobility are provided to support flow mobility without exchanging an additional signaling by interlinking flow information with a binding cache entry. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(110) stores a flow table, a binding cache entry, and a forwarding table. The flow information of a packet and a flow identifier are mapped and stored on the flow table. The flow identifier and a binding information of the access gateway is mapped and stored on the binding cache entry. The binding information and the output information are mapped and stored on the forwarding table. If the packet is received, a processor(150) transmits the received packet with reference to the flow table, the binding cache entry, and the forwarding table. |
