PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shifter that achieves impedance matching, even when a stub interval is less than a 1/4 wavelength.SOLUTION: A main line 11 is provided with two parts (matching line) which are different in line width. The phase shifter has a stub 13A and a stub 13B connected to those matching line part 12A and matching line part 12B. The matching line part 12A is inductive and the stub 13A connected thereto is capacitive, so sufficient impedance matching is considered to be achieved up to a stub connection part of the matching line part 12A when viewed from the side of a main line part 11A. Similarly, the matching line part 12B is inductive and the stub 13B connected thereto is capacitive, so the matching line part 12B is considered to have sufficient impedance matching achieved up to a stub connection part of the matching line part 12B when viewed from the side of a main line part 11C. |
