According to one embodiment of the present invention, a welding device comprises: welding electrodes arranged on both sides of a welded member to face each other so as to make applied current flow in the welded member; and current induction units arranged in the welding electrodes to induce the applied current toward a direction different to the thickness direction of the welded member inside the welding electrodes so that induced current generated by a magnetic field can be applied to the welded member. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the welding electrodes are interlocked with the current induction units, which induce the applied current for generating the magnetic field to flow in a direction different to the thickness direction of the welded member, so that the induced current generated by the magnetic field can be generated in the direction different to the thickness direction of the welded member. |
