PURPOSE: A level shifter using oxide TFTs and a scan driving circuit with the same are provided to certainly turn an oxide TFT off in an idle state, thereby reducing unnecessary power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A pull down unit is made of a plurality of N type oxide TFTs which pull an output signal down to a ground voltage according to a non-inversion input signal. A pull up unit(300B) is made of a plurality of N type oxide TFTs which pull the output signal down to a power voltage according to the non-inversion input signal. The N type oxide TFTs configuring the pull up unit are connected in a latch structure. The N type oxide TFTs pull the output signal up to the power voltage. |
