<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact-induced light-emitting body for an ornamental use or used as a toy or an object, and an impact-induced light-emitting decoration device using the same, reliably keeping a function of emitting light upon impact over a long period. <P>SOLUTION: An impact-induced light-emitting element 2 formed by integrally and electrically connecting a ferroelectric substance generating electromotive force when reversible distortion occurs, with a light-transforming element emitting light when supplied with minute power and emitting light when receiving impact from the outside, is securely provided in a rigid hollow exterior container 1 which passes light, so that the impact-induced light emitting element 2 is protected against direct impact or friction by the exterior container to be unlikely broken.
