The present invention is to automatize a finish process for inner/outer cases and parts of a mobile device by using a robot and a finish tool. The present invention includes: a working table (2) having a predetermined height and a predetermined area; first, second, third transfer modules (4, 5, 6) installed on the working table (2) to transfer a body (3a) of the mobile device introduced by a worker or an introduction device (not shown) into a predetermined position; a finish module (7) for performing a finish work for a transferred body (3b); a plurality of finish tools (8) installed in the finish module (7); a reversing module (9) for reversing a working surface of a body (3c) if the working surface is vertically reversed; a discharge chute (32) for transferring (moving) and discharging a body (3d) subject to the finish work out of the working table (2); and a control unit (11). An action can be rapidly taken with respect to the variation of products (model change) through an automation process, working manpower can be minimized, and superior safety can be represented. In addition, due to a low price, even small companies can ensure manufacturing competitiveness through facility investment, so that the small companies can sufficiently have the competitiveness in mobile industry fields. In addition, the present invention is applicable to diversified high-speed manufacturing fields, such as mobile device industries, display industries, and machine tool industries, having various types and high production speed, so that manufacturing competitiveness can be improved. |
