Disclosed is a video decoding method which extracts at least one among information indicating an individual parsing state of data units and information indicating an individual decoding state of the data units by receiving bitstream about an encoded video, extracts encoded video data and encoding information by parsing the bitstream based on the individual parsing state of the data units, and decodes the encoded video data according to data units based on the individual decoding state of the data units and encoding information.
