The present invention relates to a mobile wallet system and a method for offering a coupon service, which encrypt a coupon issued from a coupon issuing server using a public key of a portable terminal so that the portable terminal provides a security-reinforced coupon service without using a secure element (SE). Also, according to the present invention, when the coupon issuing server issues a coupon or when a coupon is used, a synchronization number is updated and transmitted to the portable terminal so that it is possible to restore a coupon even if the coupon is unintentionally deleted. |
