The present invention relates to a river management system using a multifunctional automatic vessel through route setting and, more particularly, to a plan to manage an automatic vessel collecting sensing information of a river by using sensor by moving the vessel to a set emergency spot when the vessel goes off a set route. To achieve this, the river management system of the present invention includes a position information collecting module collecting position information of the automatic vessel being operated, a sound detecting module installed in the vessel, outputting a sound, and receiving the transmitted sound, a communication module transmitting the position information collected from the position information collecting module and the sound received from the sound detecting module to an external control system, the automatic vessel including a route control module controlling a propeller installed in the vessel to make the vessel move along a route when the route of the vessel is different from the position information collected from the position information collecting module, and a control system calculating information about an evacuation spot to which the vessel can take with relatively minimum power by considering the current speed and the position information and transmitting the information to the vessel at regular time intervals when the vessel cannot move along the route by using the propeller. |
