The present invention relates to a preparation method for a regenerated finely spun silk yarn comprising a step of spinning a silk selvage regenerated fiber that includes a separated weft from the silk fabric selvage of silk fabrics; and a preparation method for a blended yarn of regenerated silk, which comprises a step of spinning a mixture of silk selvage regenerated fabric that includes the separated weft from a selvage of silk fabrics and other fibers with the regenerated finely spun silk manufactured by the first method; and the blended yarn of regenerated silk produced therefrom.
