The present invention relates to an open space type non-point source pollutant treatment facility having a multistage overflow unit which processes non-point source pollutants from rainwater runoff omnidirectionally generated in intersections, performs a complex ecological function having a purification function for automobile exhaust gas by constructing a green space in intersections of towns, and effectively defends the flooding of rainwater runoff in an infiltration trench according to a strong rainfall. The present invention includes an infiltration trench waterway which is classified as a multistage ring type wall body from the outside to the inside, and is to gradually form an ash-filtration waterway, a shrub waterway, a flower bed waterway and a wetland waterway; a reservoir tank bath which is classified by the other ring shape wall body in the innermost part of the infiltration trench water way and is used as a pond by storing rainfall inside thereof; and a bypass bath which is classified at a predetermined interval in the infiltration trench waterway, and directly sends water to the storage tank bath when the water level increases due to the rainfall. A multistage overflow unit is formed to gradually make the inputted water overflow according to rainfall in case of a strong rainfall. Therefore, the flooding of rainwater runoff of the infiltration trench according to a strong rainfall can be efficiently defended by the multistage overflow unit. |
