The present invention relates to a measuring method for the horizontality of a curing device platen and the uniformity of a curing bladder and, more specifically, to a measuring method for the horizontality of a curing device platen and the uniformity of a curing bladder which improves quality variation of a green tire vulcanized by conveniently measuring and managing the horizontality of a curing device platen and the uniformity of a curing bladder when the tire is manufactured by using the curing device platen and the curing bladder. The measuring method for the horizontality of the curing device platen and the uniformity of the curing bladder of the present invention comprises: a measuring step of the horizontality of the platen (1) which removes an upper bolt of a locking axis (3) of the curing bladder (2), fixes a fixation part (5) of a measuring machine (4) to the locking axis (3), adjusts the length of a parallel axis (6) and a vertical axis (7) of the measuring machine (4) and measures the horizontality of the platen (1) by bringing a dial gauge (8) of the vertical axis (7) into contact with several parts in equal angles at an upper side of the platen (1); and a measuring step of the uniformity of the curing bladder (2) which fixes the fixation part (5) of the measuring machine (4) to the locking axis (3) of the curing bladder (2), expands the curing bladder (2) and measures the uniformity of the curing bladder (2) by bringing the dial gauge (8) installed in the vertical axis (7) into contact with several parts of the central circumference of the curing bladder (2) expanded by adjusting the vertical axis (7) of the measuring machine (4). |
