摘要 The present invention relates to a method of simulated counter-current chromatographic separation which uses one more absorbing device including an absorbent having the accumulated total height (Hcu), which is limited, and penetration velocity (Vsl) of less than 2 cm/s. The method of simulated counter-current chromatographic separation uses zeolite crystal X and zeolite adsorbent solid based on non-zeolite. An average diameter of the zeolite crystal X is 0.1-1.5 μ or preferably 0.1-1.2 μ.
