PURPOSE: A thermoelectric control element and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure a high temperature and high quality thermoelectric control element by using a metalizing method for electrode junction. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(10) is formed in a cold plate(100). A second electrode(20) is formed in a hot plate(200). A P-type semiconductor(300) and an N-type semiconductor(400) are alternatively arranged between the cold plate and the hot plate. A first external connection electrode(500) is formed in the low part of the P-type semiconductor. A second external connection electrode(600) is formed in the low part of the N-type semiconductor. |
