PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient and low cost polyphase motor that prevents an increase in cyclic current due to eccentricity. SOLUTION: A three-phase motor 1 comprises a magnet or a rotor having magnetic anisotropy, a stator having a plurality of coil groups 41 (41-45) configured such that functional unit coils U1, W1, and V1 of each phase are arranged in the circumferential direction, each phase electric power supply terminals 5U, 5V, and 5W obtained by connecting each one end of all coils U1 to U5, V1 to V5, W1 to W5 of each phase, and Y-connection neutral points N1 to N5 obtained by connecting the other ends of each coil of the three-phase. The other end of at least one coil (a W-phase first coil W1) of the coil group 41 is not connected to the other end of other two coils (a U-phase first coil U1 and a V-phase first coil V1) composing the coil group 41, but connected to the other end of one coil (a U-phase third coil U3 and a V-phase fourth coil V4) each from other two-phase composing other coil groups 43 and 44 to provide a Y-connection neutral point N1.
