Method for gripping objects, placing same in a box and gripping said box

The method involves gripping an object e.g. egg box, or a group of objects using a gripper, and depositing the objects in a rectangular parallelepiped case by progressively separating movable jaws (M1, M2) of the gripper. The gripping of the object or objects and the deposition of the objects are carried out in an iterative manner, for filling the rectangular parallelepiped case, if necessary. A plate edge (70) and a jack (71) are actuated to grip opposite side walls of the rectangular parallelepiped case.
