Disclosed are a terminal, a server for controlling video calling, and a system and a method for video calling using the same. The system for video calling according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises multiple terminals which photograph a video call user, rotate a photographed image according to detected position information, and transmit the rotated image; and a video call control server which forms a synthesized image according to a screen mode of the terminal by checking the screen mode of the terminal through the images transmitted from the terminals and transmits the synthesized image to the terminal.
