摘要 Provided are an apparatus for 3D reconstruction based on multiple graphic processing units (GPUs). According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for 3D reconstruction comprises a camera generating depth data with respect to a 3D space intended to be reconstructed, a first GPU updating first truncated signed distance function (TSDF) volume data with first depth data generated with respect to a first region and predicting a surface point of an object present in the space from the updated first TSDF volume data, a second GPU updating second TSDF volume data with second depth data generated with respect to a second region and predicting a surface point of an object present in the space from the updated second TSDF volume data, and a master GPU integrating the surface predicted from the first TSDF volume data and the surface point predicted from the second TSDF volume data when updating of the first TSDF volume data and updating of the second TSDF volume data are competed according to a position of the camera.
