Provided is a touch panel which is not readily damaged even when bent in order to have a small radius of curvature (high mechanical durability) and which has a small surface resistance (superior operability). The touch panel is constructed by using an electrode substrate having an electrical conduction layer provided on a substrate. The electrical conduction layer provided on the substrate does not use a binder resin and is constructed from intertwined single-layer carbon nanotubes, and the electrical conduction layer constructed from the single-layer carbon nanotubes includes fullerenes. |
