<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion element having a high photoelectric conversion efficiency in which short circuit current density and fill factor are compatible, and to provide a solar cell using the organic photoelectric conversion element, and an optical sensor array. <P>SOLUTION: In an organic photoelectric conversion element having a transparent electrode, a counter electrode, and a bulk heterojunction layer where a p-type semiconductor material and an n-type semiconductor material are mixed, the n-type organic semiconductor material of the bulk heterojunction layer is a composition where a crystalline fullerene derivative and an amorphous fullerene derivative are mixed at a ratio of 1:99 to 99:1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
