The present invention relates to a protein mixture and to a food composition comprising such a mixture for the nutrition of adults, athletes, the elderly, or persons who need to improve their physical condition, such as those who are sick, bedridden, in a weak condition, undernourished or suffering from sarcopenia. According to the invention, the protein mixture consists of a concentrate or isolate of 75 to 95 wt. % of soluble milk proteins and 5 to 25wt. % of pea proteins, relative to the total weight of the protein mixture. |
