The present invention relates to a method for preparing bean curd with Allium hookeri, comprising the steps of: washing soybeans and soaking the soybeans in water, following by pulverizing; heating a pulverized material obtained in the pulverizing step to obtain a processed material; filtering the processed material into soybean milk and a soybean curd residue; adding an additive and one of an Allium hookeri powder, an Allium hookeri slurry, and an Allium hookeri extract to the soybean milk, wherein, based on 100 wt% of the soybean milk, 0.01-0.05 wt% of the additive, 8-12 wt% of the Allium hookeri powder, 6-10 wt% of the Allium hookeri slurry, and 1-3 wt% of the Allium hookeri extract are added; and putting a coagulated material obtained in the adding step into a molding frame, followed by molding while the moisture is removed. |
