Disclosed are an apparatus and method for driving an electronic device worn on a wrist. The apparatus for driving the electronic device worn on the wrist according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a power source unit which supplies power required for driving the electronic device worn on the wrist; and a driving unit which drives the electronic device worn on the wrist by applying power to the electronic device worn on the wrist by controlling the power source unit by including a three-axis gravitational acceleration (gx,gy,gz) and a three-axis pure acceleration (RAx,RAy,RAz) included in a three-axis acceleration (x′,y′,z′) of the electronic device worn on the wrist for preset time at each preset range. |
