摘要 The present invention relates to a green tire building method through gravimetry and joint optimization of half-finished tire which enhances quality of finished tire by minimizing variation of weight components when building a greentire by joint bonding the half-finished tire to a building drum. For the above characteristics, the greentire building method which supplies a half-finished product (2) with a predetermined length supplied from a half-finished trolley (1) and wraps and bonds the same. The greentire building method comprises: a weight measuring step which measures weight of each unit length of half-finished tire supplied from the half-finished trolley (1) at a weight measuring unit (5) of a half-finished supply conveyor (4); a calculating step which calculates weight variation of the finished tire when joint bonds to the building drum (3) with the measured weight of the half-finished product (2) measured in the weight measuring step; a joint position optimization calculating step in which each half-finished product (2) calculates to make bonding position for each circumference in the building drum (3) minimize weight variance of the finished tire if the calculated weight variance is bigger than the standard weight variance; a joint dispersion and modification step which disperses and modifies the joint of the half-finished product (2) which went through the joint position optimization calculating step; and a bonding step which finally bonds the half-finished product (2) to the building drum.
