The present invention provides a producing method of pig skin in which fat is removed. The producing method of the pig skin soaks the pig skin in liquid effective microorganism and ripens at a temperature of less than 40°C for 10-100 hours and dissolves fat which is stuck to the pig skin by the liquid effective microorganism. According to the technique above, the pig skin in which the fat is removed eliminates malodor unique to pig skin by removing the fat stuck to the pig skin by being soaked in the liquid effective microorganism. Also, the present invention can provide through the effective microorganism a hygienic pig skin by sterilizing various germs which inhabit the pig skin inducing food poisoning. Furthermore, the time and manpower required for producing the pig skin in which the fat is removed are reduced by soaking a lot of pig skin in the liquid effective microorganism and removing the fat, thereby providing the advantage of significantly reducing expenses. |
