The invention concerns a method for inter-cell interference-coordination, wherein user terminals that experience an interference from a first base station (M1) which is higher than a first threshold value are grouped in a first group and almost blank subframes are preselected for said user terminals of the first group, user terminals that experience an interference from said first base station (M1) which is lower than the first threshold value are grouped in a second group and non almost blank subframes are preselected for said user terminals of the second group, and user terminals of the first group that experience an interference from a further base station (P1, P2) which is higher than a second threshold value are assigned to resources (RES1, RES2) within said almost blank subframes that are disturbed by an interference which is lower than the second threshold value, and a base station (P1, P2) therefor. |
