The present invention relates to sunsick (Korean well-being food) for preventing the loss of nutrients thereof, which is prepared by coating black rice with polysaccharide and then performing drying and roasting processes, and to a method for preparing the same. In order to allow a coating process to prevent the destruction of nutrients of sunsick raw materials due to drying, steaming, roasting, and the like when the sunsick is processed to prepare the sunsick, the black rice is coated with polysaccharide, followed by drying and roasting processes, so that the black rice is mixed with other grain powders to prepare the sunsick. The sunsick for preventing the loss of nutrients thereof due to heating suits the taste of modern people due to a delicate flavor thereof, and thus is good to eat. |
