The present invention relates to a beam forming method between fixed stations in an OFDM transmission system for controlling the beam forming of an antenna installed in the fixed stations by deducting a reception signal strength (RSSI) and a signal to noise ratio (SNR) from a reception signal in communications between the fixed stations and, specially, to a beam forming method between fixed stations in the OFDM transmission system for maximizing user convenience by automatically aiming beam in point to point communications between a back-born network and a small base station using the fixed communications and for maintaining a communications link in the condition change of the communications link caused by an external factor.
