Suggested are an error correcting circuit for a digital processing device, a nonvolatile memory device therefor, and an error correcting method. The error correcting circuit according to one embodiment of the present technology includes an encoder which generates first simplification data by simplifying input data, generates a parity code by encoding the first simplification data to a preset base error correction code, and stores the input data and the parity code in a memory region and a decoder which generates second simplification data by simplifying data received from the memory region, estimates and corrects an error by decoding the second simplification data, and outputs the data with the corrected error. |
