The present invention relates to a urine test monitoring and management system. The urine test monitoring and management system according to the present invention includes the following devices: a urine test device which enables a user to take a picture of a urine test stick used for a urine test, and obtain and transmit a urine test image; and a urine test management device which analyzes the urine test image received from the urine test device, generates and displays present analysis data, compares the present analysis data with past analysis data which is a result of a urine test performed by the user in the past, and generates and displays health history information in the form of a graph. According to the present invention, a single person living alone at a house, especially at a single-residence house, can receive information about the health condition of oneself and information about medical opinions concerning how to manage current health condition effectively, through a urine test.
