PURPOSE: A hydraulic pump for an electronic control brake system is provided to increase the suction speed of fluid by reducing the length of suction flow passage through the installation of suction valve to the leading end of a piston. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic pump for an electronic control brake system comprises a bore(120), a piston(130), a pump cap(160), a pressing chamber forming member(140), a suction valve(180), a discharging valve(170), a returning spring(150) and a spring support member(190). The bore is formed in a modulator block and is communicated with a suction port and an outlet port. The piston is linearly moved in the inner side of the bore through the spindle of a motor installed in one end. The pump cap is combined in the other end of the bore in order to block the bore with the outside. The pressing chamber forming member is arranged between the piston and the pump cap in order that form a pressing chamber(141). The suction valve comprises a suction ball(181) in order to switch the flow passage. The returning spring is arranged in the pressing chamber in order to elastically support the piston towards the spindle. |
