PURPOSE: A calcium supplement containing a composition which suppresses calcium insolubilization is provided to minimize bad smell and taste and to improve calcium absorption rate into human body. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a composition which suppresses calcium insolubilization from horse bone comprises: a step of cutting horse bones in a length of 1-5 cm; a step of heating the cut horse bones at 100-140 Deg. C. for 1-6 hours and removing oil; a step of adding water to the horse bone, adding 0.2-2.0 wt% of neutrase, and hydrolyzing for 30-100 minutes to prepare a primary hydrolysate; a step of adding 0.2-2.0 wt% of flavourzyme to the primary hydrolysate and hydrolyzing for 1-4 hours to prepare a secondary hydrolysate; and a step of drying and pulverizing the secondary hydrolysate. A calcium supplement contains the composition. The calcium supplement is a table. |
