PURPOSE: A synthetic G-CSF polypeptide containing a polypeptide of sequence number 1 which is able to synthesize human G-CSF(Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor) protein and a polynucleotide encoding the same are provided to produce human G-CSF proteins using an insect cell. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic G-CSF polypeptide contains a polypeptide of sequence number 1. A synthetic G-CSF polynucleotide contains a polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide of sequence number 1. The polynucleotide is denoted by sequence number 2. An expression vector contains the polynucleotide. A vector of the expression vector is pIZT/V5 His vector. The insect cell is transformed with the expression vector. |
