<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve excellent cooling in a working vehicle that transmits drive force from an electric motor to a running transmission system by reasonably disposing a power control unit that controls the electric power supplied to the electric motor. <P>SOLUTION: A back fender 8 that covers the upper side of a rear wheel 2 in a form to project from the running machine to outside is provided, and a power control unit E is disposed at the lower face side of the back fender 8 and to the upper side from the rear wheel 2.
