PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll die which is used for a roll forming machine, and which is suitable for setting simply a gap of piece members that form a metal plate to a desired shape, while rotating. SOLUTION: Two roll shafts (17, 62), the piece members (28, 71) installed on the two roll shafts, and disk-shaped rotation holding members (24, 33, 69, 76) rotating and holding the two roll shafts, and abutting each other are respectively unitized to a pair of die units (2, 3).
