A saddle-ride vehicle according to the invention comprises:
a front fork that rotatably supports a front wheel;
a steering shaft that is coupled to the front fork and is steerably supported by a vehicle body frame; and
a steering system in which a steering handlebar pipe is fixed to a steering handlebar holder (40) that is provided above the steering shaft, wherein
a visor (122) is provided above the steering handlebar holder, and the visor (122) protrudes toward outside of the steering handlebar holder (40), which is back, forth, right, and left,
a voltage converter (70) that lowers a voltage supplied form a battery mounted on the saddle-ride vehicle is fixed to the visor (122), and
the visor (122) and the voltage converter (70) are integrated into a small set and are attachable to the saddle-ride vehicle.
