<p>The invention discloses a method and device for detecting clogging of a filter. The method comprises obtaining an ambient parameter, obtaining a threshold associated with the ambient parameter, and obtaining a speed of a fan which is located near the filter. The method further comprises comparing the fan speed with the threshold and outputting an alarm signal indicative of the clogging if the fan speed exceeds the threshold. The ambient parameter may comprise at least one of ambient temperature, atmosphere pressure and supply voltage.</p> |
