Forming disc for processing food

The disk (1) has holes (40) i.e. through holes, for processing food products and led into a portion (41) of an axial side surface (2) of the disk. An elongated recess (10) is eccentrically formed in the side surface. The recess is arranged concentric to the disk and formed adjacent to the portion. Width of the portions is smaller or equal to width of the recess. A surface section of the recess is formed as a continuous transition surface (12) at the side surface. The holes are arranged within the portion. Ratio between radius of the disk and width of the recess lies in a preset range. An independent claim is also included for a cutting device comprising ribs and a perforated disk.
