Combination Wheel Cover and Drip Tray for a Folding Vehicle

A folding vehicle such as a child buggy having spaced front and rear wheels is provided with a combination wheel cover and drip tray formed of flexible waterproof material. The cover includes a bottom panel shaped to underlie all the wheels of the vehicle in its folded and non-folded configurations, and a continuous side wall 9 which encompasses the front and rear wheels. The side wall incorporates a continuous resilient loop 10 which acts to draw the upper margin of the side wall inwards over the wheels and which is of sufficient resilience to hold the cover in place on the vehicle both in its folded and non-folded configurations. In its rest condition the length of the loop 10 is preferably between 50% and 70% of the length of the side wall 9, the optimum ratio being about 61.4%. The loop should be capable of stretching to the full peripheral length of the side wall.
