<p>PURPOSE: A jelly wire processing method and a processing system thereof are provided to efficiently extract metal wires by using an environment-friendly method and by using an emulsion to wash jelly of jelly wires. CONSTITUTION: A process of peeling the outer cover of a cable and of cutting the cable is performed. A polyester (PE) film which reels a jelly wire is eliminated. The jelly wire is compressed to be a plate shape by a compressing roller. The jelly wire is put into an emulsion washing solution, and washed. The jelly wire is put into a second washing solution; and the jelly which remains on the jelly wire is washed. The hot air is added to the jelly wire to be dried. The jelly wire which passes through a drying process is divided into copper and a covering material by using a charping unit.
