The present invention relates to a method and a device for controlling network access when a service through a standard network such as an LTE network is unavailable. The present invention controls access to the standard network for the service through the standard network such as the LTE network as the service is requested. When the access to the standard network is impossible, in other words, the service through the standard network is impossible, the network is efficiently changed into other network such as a 3G network and an RAT network. After the service is performed through the other network which is changed, the present invention efficiently enables the network to be returned to the standard network such as the LTE network. |
